Terms of use

These terms are an agreement between you and Aero Solutions Pro LLC for use of Slam Clicker on the web and in our apps. By creating an account or using Slam Clicker, you agree to them.

Your account

• You must be at least 18 years old.
• Give accurate information, and don’t impersonate anyone or claim an airline or crew role you don’t hold.
• Keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
• You can delete your account at any time. See how to delete your account.

Community rules

Slam Clicker is built on crew trusting each other. You agree not to post or send content that:

• harasses, threatens, bullies or discriminates against anyone;
• is sexually explicit, violent or illegal;
• shares someone else’s private information, including another crew member’s hotel, room or schedule, without consent;
• discloses confidential airline, security or operational information you are not permitted to share;
• is spam, fake reviews, or reviews of a business you own or are paid by (unless clearly disclosed);
• infringes someone else’s copyright or other rights.

You can block members and report content or accounts to us. We may remove content and suspend or close accounts that break these rules. We aim to act on reports of objectionable content within 24 hours.

Your content

You own what you post. By posting, you give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display and distribute it in order to operate and promote Slam Clicker. For example, reviews and ratings may appear on our public city and place pages, without your name. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies already shared by other members or kept in backups for a limited time.

Places, reviews and safety

Place information and reviews come from members and third-party sources and may be out of date or wrong. Always use your own judgement, follow your airline’s rules (including rest and alcohol policies) and check details directly with businesses. “Crew Approved” and featured badges are not guarantees.

Business features

Businesses can claim listings and buy promotions such as Crew Partner subscriptions and Featured Boosts. Prices are shown at checkout and payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew until cancelled. Promotion does not change crew reviews or ratings.

Our service

We work to keep Slam Clicker available and secure, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aero Solutions Pro LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything arising from places, businesses or other members you find through Slam Clicker. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50 if you have not paid us.

Changes

We may update these terms. If changes are material we will let members know; continuing to use Slam Clicker means you accept the updated terms.
